Artillery for weight loss

What a great and perfect day to start cleaning out our temple. We only have one body and if we want it to give us several years then we need to keep it operating at its finest. Garbage in, garbage out I say! Lets all be mindful of what we put into our body and encourage ourselves to be SMART. It starts like anything else, with the first step. One way I trained myself to drink enough water was investing in a few recyclable bottles. I keep one at work, one in the car and one in my gym bag. I can’t go anywhere without a reminder of how important this element is to the body. I now see a bottle and am reminded to fill it and drink it. I am sure to get my gallon a day this way. Next, I am sure to have a ritual day (mine is Sunday) when I chop veggies, fruits and prep everything for the week so that I always have healthy things to grab out of the fridge. I bag it up and when I am hungry I am not as tempted to grab the prepackaged garbage that is out there. A colleague of mine placed a small refrigerator under his desk at his office so that he isn’t tempted to go into the break room as much where there is always left over treats. I believe we all have to think outside of the box when it comes to how we will beat temptation! What’s your artillery?
